PHYLLIS AILEEN OSBORNE (nee HEMENWAY) Peacefully, on November 5, 2002, 18 days before her 87th birthday in Maple, ON. Phyllis was born in Swift Current on Nov-ember 23, 1915 to James and Mabel Hemenway. She was predeceased by her husband Lt. Col. Dan Osborne of Winnipeg in 1989 and in 1980 by her sister Marguerite "Peg" Cockburn (husband of Bill Cockburn) of Winnipeg. She is survived by her only child Dan Osborne and his wife Susan of Unionville, ON, her granddaughter Stephanie Osborne of Banff, her grandson Tyler Osborne and his wife Michelle in Ontario and their boys Daniel and Carter Osborne who are Phyllis great-grandsons. She is survived by four nieces and nephews in Ontario. Private family service will be held in Winnipeg at a later date. If desired, donations may be made to The Heart and Stroke Foundation or CNIB.
