FRANCES HEROLD (nee MARTIN) June 5, 1923 - November 14, 2002 It is with great sadness and heavy hearts that we announce the sudden passing of our beloved wife, mother, grandmother, sister and friend, Frances. Frances was born on June 5, 1923 at Victoria Beach, daughter of Annie and Bert Martin. She lived her early years at Victoria Beach and then moved to Winnipeg where she was employed at Eatons for many years, years she truly enjoyed and treasured. Her and Fred celebrated their 40th Wedding Anniversary on October 20, 2002. They spent many happy summers at their cottage at Victoria Beach after retirement. She leaves to cherish her memory, husband Fred; daughter Darlene Sanders and son-in-law Ernie; grandchildren, Lee and Sherri; sister Ethel; brother Herbert; sisters-in-law, Lillian and Gerlinde; brother-in-law Willy and their families. Funeral service will be held on Monday, November 18 at 1:00 p.m. in the St. Michaels Church, Victoria Beach with viewing one half hour prior to the service. Interment will follow in the Victoria Beach Cemetery. Her pallbearers will be Ernie Sanders, Lee Sanders, Herb Martin, Wayne Martin, Allan Tardiff and Brad Penner. Frances was a loving and caring wife, mother and grandmother and her love we will forever carry in our hearts. In our hearts she will always be guarding her family. REST IN PEACE, MOM.
