Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryCHARLOTTE ELEANOR WELLARD Peacefully at the Victoria General Hospital on Wednesday, November 13, 2002 Charlotte Wellard passed away at the age of 91 years. Charlotte was predeceased by her husband Harold. She is survived by her daughter Vera Ott and son David (Susan) and many grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren. In accordance with her wishes, cremation has taken place. A celebration of life memorial service will be held at 4:00 p.m., Sunday, November 17 at Southlands Community Church of the Salvation Army, 85 Keslar Rd.
