MARY ELLEN DOYLE 1907 - 2002 Peacefully on Monday, November 18, 2002, at Tache Centre, Mary Ellen Doyle passed away at the age of 95 years. Mary Ellen was born in Battleford, SK. She taught school in northern Ontario, Saskatchewan and Manitoba. She was the oldest of eight children. She was predeceased by her parents, William and Mary Daudelin; and Agatha Strandt, Annie Churchill, Joe Doyle and Gertrude at four years old. Mary Ellen is survived by her sisters, Eva Cressman of Nanaimo, BC, Bertha McInnis of New Westminster, BC, and Amy Cadorette (Doyle) of Shawnigan Lake, BC; as well as many nieces, nephews and friends. Funeral mass will be celebrated on Thursday, November 21, 2002 10:00 a.m. at Our Lady of the Rosary Roman Catholic Church, 478 Mackenzie. Interment to follow in Portage la Prairie Memorial Gardens. Flowers are gratefully declined. Donations in Mary Ellens memory may be made to the Tache Centre, 185 Despins, Winnipeg, MB R2H 2B3.
