CATHERINE JEAN LAROSE On Monday, November 18, 2002 at the Selkirk General Hospital, Catherine LaRose aged 59 years of Selkirk. She is survived by her mother Isabel LaRose of Brooks, AB; brothers, Henry LaRose (Carol) of Red Deer, AB and Rodney Trithardt (Val) of MacKenzie, BC; sisters, Marjorie Ireland (Brian) of Chestermere, AB, and Joyce Wood (Ray) of Brooks; six nephews and two nieces plus many cousins and many friends. Jean grew up in Kennedy, SK and graduated from Brandon Mental Hospital in 1964. She nursed in The Pas, MB, Gillam, MB and Selkirk, MB. Retiring in 1998. She was predeceased by her father Frank LaRose in May 1973 and brother Grant LaRose in June 1994. A memorial service will be held on Wednesday, November 20 (today) at 2:00 p.m. in the Gilbart Funeral Home, Selkirk. Interment will be held on Friday, November 22 at 2:00 p.m. in the Moosomin Saskatchewan South Cemetery. Special thanks to the nursing staff at Selkirk General Hospital and to the girls in the Dialysis Unit. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Dialysis Unit, Selkirk General Hospital, P.O.
