Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryBEVERLY MARY ANN HENDRICKS (nee KEENA) With great sadness the family of Bev Hendricks announces her passing on Nov-ember 20, 2002 after a courageous battle with cancer. Bev will be deeply missed by her loving husband Paul; daughter Lori (Doug Mabb) of Oakbank; son Brian (Colleen) of Calgary; and five grand-children, Jeff, Carlea, and Ryan Mabb as well as Kurtis and Evan Hendricks. She was an active member of Immanuel United Church since its inception. After raising her family, Bev explored some of her artistic talents by successfully operating Studio B Ceramics in East Kildonan. In more recent years, she pursued painting as a hobby. She also enjoyed a variety of sports including bowling, volleyball and dancing. Bev enjoyed the time spent at the trailer, and she also loved to travel. Bev delighted in helping others and as a testament to this she and a close group of friends sponsored several foster children. This group continues to meet and help underprivileged children from around the world. Bev touched many peoples lives and will be deeply missed by them all. A celebration of Bevs life will be held on November 28 at 2:00 p.m. at Immanuel United Church at 755 Golspie St., EK, Rev. Don Johnson will be officiating. If friends so desire, in lieu of flowers they may make a donation to the charity of their choice in Bevs memory. Special thanks to the staff at Seven Oaks General Hospital for their care and kindness, and to the many friends and relatives who have offered their prayers and support during our crisis.
