EILEEN KATHRYN CHIPPERFIELD January 16, 1910 - September 30, 2002 Eileen Chipperfield passed away on September 30, 2002 at the Minnedosa Personal Care Home, Minnedosa, MB at aged 92. Eileen was born in Neudorf, SK in 1910 to Elsie and Frank Dwyer. She received her nursing training at St. Pauls Hospital in Saskatoon and worked as a nurse in Portage la Prairie and Montreal. In 1941 Eileen married Eric Chipperfield in Montreal. She and Eric came to Minnedosa in 1948 where Eric and his brother Jim started a family business. Eileen was predeceased by her husband Eric and her sister Olive. She is survived by her daughter Norma; son-in-law Robert Ramsay and her grandchildren, Eric and David of Minneapolis, MN. Other surviving family members include her brothers-in-law and their wives, Donald and Marg of Kelowna, BC and Gordon and Agnes of Calgary, AB along with many nieces and nephews. She was a warm, gentle and thoughtful woman who dearly loved her family. Memorial services will be held at the Minnedosa United Church, Minnedosa on Wednesday, November 27 at 2:00 p.m. with Rev. Shawn Ankenmann officiating. Donations in memory of Eileen may be made to a charity of choice. Arrangements are with Memories Chapel & Pre-planning Centre, Minnedosa, 867-3868.
