JUNE LOUISE FLOWER June Louise Flower passed away peacefully on Monday, November 4, 2002 at Concordia Hospital with family friend Charlotte Stalker at her side. During the past year, June had been a resident of the Kildonan Personal Care Centre. June will be lovingly remembered by her brother Roland in Ireland and nephews, Charles, Ernest and families in England. She was predeceased by her parents, Harry and Mabel and her brother Robert (Buddy). Following the death of her father, June cared for her mother and brother Buddy for many years. June was a lifelong resident of East Kildonan and spent her entire working life at Merchants Consolidated Ltd. She was also a longtime member of Rossmere Golf and Country Club where she made many friends through her golf and curling. June belonged to a card club and enjoyed many wonderful evenings with this activity. She also enjoyed many trips with her friends throughout North America and to the United Kingdom where she visited her brother, nephews and their families. Roland, Charles and their families also visited June on several occasions in Canada. In accordance with Junes wishes, cremation has taken place and a graveside service was held on Friday, November 22. Arrangements entrusted to Klassen Funeral Chapel, 338-0331.
