AVRIL HILL Avril Hill, aged 91, died peacefully at the Health Sciences Centre on Thursday, November 21, 2002 with her family at her side. She was predeceased by her parents, George and Agnes Hill; her two sisters, Betty Sisterson and Margaret Flude; as well as her lifelong friend Lucille Carlyle. Avril will be lovingly remembered by her nephew Gary and his wife Lynnette Sisterson and their children, Casey and Holly; niece Avril and her husband Rob Kilborne and their children, Sean, Rick and Scott. She will also be missed by her many close friends as well as the Carlyle and Hummel families. Auntie Avril was a great lady who lived life on her own terms. In lieu of flowers, should friends so desire make a donation in memory of Auntie Avril to the Childrens Hospital Foundation, 501-840 Sherbrook St., Winnipeg, MB R3A 1S1. A graveside service will be held on Tuesday, November 26 at 11:00 a.m. at Chapel Lawn Memorial Gardens, with a reception to follow at the Chapel Lawn Funeral Home.
