Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryHELEN NOTTINGHAM (BURTON) Surrounded by her family, Helen Nottingham passed away peacefully on Wednesday, November 20, 2002. She will be lovingly remembered by her children, Gail, Gina, Lori (Charles) and Patrick (Julia) her grandchildren, Sean (Lesley), Joseph, Rebecca, Simon, Nathan, Preston, Gabriel and Charles; and great grandsons, Conor, Aaron and Trent. She was predeceased by her granddaughter Erin. Mom is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews and many friends in Saskatoon, especially her lifelong friends, Betty Cummine, Jean Gauley and Mary and Al Wall from Winnipeg. Mom was born on December 17, 1920 at home near Zealandia, SK, and lived most of her life in Saskatoon. She graduated from St. Pauls Hospital School of Nursing in 1945. Mom was extremely proud of her contributions to the nursing profession and her prairie roots. Mom will always be remembered as a loving mother with a kind and gentle spirit who lived her life with grace and dignity. At Moms request, cremation has taken place and a memorial service is planned for the spring in Saskatoon. In lieu of flowers, donations may be sent to Riverview Health Centre, 1 Morley Ave., Winnipeg, MB R3L 2P4, or the Parkinsons Association.
