Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryNAOMI "NONI" RAE KEMP (HART) Suddenly on August 9, 2002 Naomi was taken from us in a tragic automobile accident. Noni, as she was lovingly known by her friends and family, was born August 30, 1949 in Flin Flon, MB. After graduation from Hapnot High School she moved to Winnipeg to begin her training as a registered nurse. Devoted to her profession, Noni most recently served as a nursing coordinator on the geriatric ward of Concordia Hospital. She had just received her 25 year service award. In 1974 Noni married John Kemp of Winnipeg and their family grew with the addition of sons, Ryan and Jeffrey. Noni deeply loved her children and supported them in all of their endeavours. You could always find her at a hockey rink, soccer field, baseball game or lacrosse match cheering on her boys. Noni also loved the outdoors and spent many summers at Bakers Narrows in Flin Flon fishing, taking in the pristine beauty, and enjoying the company of her family and lifelong friends. Noni was a true giver and it was not unusual for her to drop everything she was doing to help someone in need. Well miss her caring heart and infectious energy. Nonis death was preceded by that of her mother and father Dorothy and Frank Hart. She is survived by her husband John; sons Ryan and Jeffrey; brother Gerry Hart and his wife Rose of New York; nephew Jordan and as well, as other family in British Columbia. A memorial service will be held on Friday, November 29 at 11:00 a.m. at St. Georges Anglican Church, 168 Wilton St. (corner of Wilton and Grosvenor). In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the Concordia Hospital Foundation or the Winnipeg Humane Society.
