JOSEPH JOHN SHARP It is with great sadness we announce the passing of Joe Sharp on Monday, November 25, 2002 at the Grace Hospital at the age of 84 with his family by his side. He was predeceased by his beloved wife Annie; four brothers and two sisters. He is survived and lovingly remembered by his daughters, Patricia (Orval), Janis (Ashley) grandchildren, Debbie (Dave), Michael, Courtney and Garrett; great grandchildren, Amber and Jayden; as well as several nieces and nephews. During his career Joe was employed by the CPR, Air Canada and the City of Winnipeg Waterworks. Joe enjoyed helping others, often volunteering and was always lending his talents as a handyman. Joe was a longtime member of the Empire Lodge No. 127. He was a proud grandfather who enjoyed the special time he spent with his grandchildren. A celebration of Joes life will be held on Saturday, November 30 at 11:00 a.m. at Weston Gospel Church, 1787 Logan Ave. The family wishes to thank the nurses of 4 West for their care and compassion. Special thanks also to Joes nephew, Donald Davidson and family for their love and support.
