DAVID FARHALL After a courageous battle with cancer, David Farhall, with his family by his side, passed away peacefully on Monday, November 25, 2002 at Vista Park Lodge, at the age of 82 years. He is survived by his wife Lily Farhall; stepsons, Gary and David Goodman; sister Peggy (Mitch) of Edmonton, AB; stepgrandchildren, Sarah, Brian and Jeffrey Goodman; and numerous nieces and nephews. Dave served in the Second World War with the Patricia Pats Light Infantry, First Platoon. He belonged to the Willowlake Baptist Church Seniors group. He always enjoyed the outdoors and especially loved gardening. A special thanks to the caring staff of Vista Park Lodge for their care given to Dave. Viewing will be held on Thursday, November 28 between 7:00 and 8:00 p.m. at P. Coutu Funeral Chapel, 156 Marion St. Funeral service will be held on Friday, November 29 at 1:00 p.m. in P. Coutu Chapel. Interment to follow at Green Acres Cemetery, Hwy No. 1 at Navin Road. Pallbearers will be Gary, David, Brian Goodman; Romeo Ducharme; Jim Carringan; and Craig Ritchie.
