IRMA AUDREY CROREY (nee McKENZIE) 1917 - 2002 Peacefully, on Monday November 25, 2002 at the Selkirk and District Hospital, Irma Audrey Crorey passed away at the age of 84 years. Beloved wife of the late Everett. Mom was born in Luseland, SK, and met our dad Everett in Saskatoon, SK. They soon were married in Saskatchewan but moved to Fort William, ON (Thunder Bay) where their first child Joan was born. Two years later they moved to Winnipeg where their son Jim was born. Mom and Dad made Winnipeg their home from their working years up to their retirement years. Mom was predeceased by Dad in 1996. She leaves to cherish her memory one daughter, Joan Robinson (Harvey) and one, son Jim (Eleanor). Also four grandchildren; Jeannie, Jamie, Peter, and Shawn, also seven great-grandchildren and many nieces, nephews and friends. In lieu of flowers if so desired donations may be made in her memory to the Canadian Cancer Society, 193 Sherbrook St., Winnipeg, MB R3G 9Z9. A funeral service will be held on Monday, December 2 at 1:00 p.m. in the Springs of Living Water Church, 595 Lagimodiere Blvd. with Pastor Jacquie Fontaine officiating. Interment will follow in Chapel Lawn Memorial Gardens, 4000 Portage Ave., Winnipeg. Rock Fontaine, Funeral Director in care of arrangements (204) 222-7216.
