ALICE A. IVERSON Alice A. Iverson, 84 of Langdon, ND, died November 28, 2002 at the Cavalier County Memorial Hospital of Langdon. Alice A. Van De Kerckhove was born November 30, 1917 at Swan Lake, MB to Basil and Emiliana (Vandendorpe) Van De Kerckhove. She grew up in Swan Lake. She moved to Altamont, MB in the late 1930s. On June 30, 1973 she was united in marriage to Howard Iverson at Winnipeg, MB. They made their home in Harvey, Township, Cavalier Country, ND. She moved to the Maple Manor Care Center in January of 1999. She sold Stanley Products for over 40 years. Howard died August 4, 2000. She is survived by her children, Linda Hockman of Winnipeg; and Wayne (Joanne) of Altamont; grandchildren, Kelly (John) Vincent along with great-children, Kaileigh, Sam and Ty all of Edmonton, AB; Karolyn Hockman and Lucien Coutu along with great-grandchild Kenah of Winnipeg; and Tammy (Dan) Bradley Kapuskasing along with great-grandchildren, Meghan and Kirk of Ontario. She is also survived by two sisters, Germaine (Maurice) Deprez and Angele Deprez; and a brother Leon Van De Kerckhove. Visitation Monday, December 2 at the Brooks Funeral Home of Langdon from 2:30 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. Also one hour before the time of the services at the church on Tuesday. Prayer service 7:00 p.m. Monday evening at the Maple Manor Care Center Chapel. Services Tuesday, December 3 at the St. Alphonsus Catholic Church of Langdon at 1:30 p.m. Burial at Van Cemetery, Vang, ND. Brooks Funeral Home, Langdon, ND in care of arrangements (701-256-2568).
