NEIL STEWART TULLOCH April 21, 1954 - November 28, 2002 Neil passed away at Victoria Hospital. He was a resident at the St. Norbert Nursing Home. Neil is survived by his sister Heather Eibner (Leonard) of Calgary; brothers, Barry (Lynda) of Winnipeg, Raymond (Rosario) of Phoenix, Bruce (Kathie) of Tonga, South Pacific; extended family, half brother Arthur William Anderson (Mavis) of Surrey, BC; as well as numerous nieces, nephews and cousins; and special aunt Marjorie Lynch of Winnipeg. He was predeceased by his mother and father, May and Arthur Tulloch; sister Linda Privee; and caring aunt Phyllis Weston. His family wish to thank the staff in the Intensive Care Unit at the hospital for their sensitive and dedicated care for Neil and to give special thanks to James Bell who weekly became a caring companion to Neil who greatly enjoyed his visits. Neil attended school in St. James. He was a caring, kind and gentle person who never complained even though faced with great adversity and health problems. We will miss your impish grin and chuckles. May you rest in peace, dear brother, free of pain and stress.
