SHARON ELIZABETH ALLEN November 17, 1948 - November 30, 2002 Suddenly but peacefully on November 30, 2002 at her residence, Sharon Allen, aged 54 years, of Selkirk, MB. We say farewell to our dear friend Sharon. She leaves us her great sense of humour, her gentle and kind ways, and above all her creativity. Sharon was drawn to the fashion industry in New York as a model and designer, where many well known and prominent people had the privilege of working with her. Later she moved to Montreal where she lived and continued to work with fashion and design. With the loss of her mother Mary, Sharon returned to Selkirk three years ago where she shortly thereafter lost her father Nick (Chief). Sharon took great pride with the recent redesign of her mother and fathers house, which notably reflects her unique style. With heavy hearts we will cherish the memories we have made together. We will always remember you, Sharon. A graveside service will be held on Thursday, December 5 at 11:00 a.m. in the Notre Dame Roman Catholic Cemetery, Selkirk. Gilbart Funeral Home, Selkirk in care of arrangements.
