CORNELIUS KLIEWER 1915 - 2002 Cornelius Kliewer passed away at the age of 87, on December 2, 2002 at Concordia Hospital. He was predeceased by his wife Helene in 1996; his sister Elfriede in 1994 and brother Gerhard in 2001. Cornelius will be remembered with great love by daughter Frieda and John Peters (Royston, BC) son Erich (Winnipeg, MB) grandchildren, Gordon Peters and Anne Laing (Quesnel, BC), Eileen Peters and Peter Hall (Yellowknife, NT) and Sandra and Jack Kerkhof (Calgary AB) great-grandchildren, Elizabeth Laing, Katie and Alex Hall and Simon Kerkhof; sister-in-law Maria Kliewer (Winnipeg), brother-in-law Gerhard Ediger (Leamington, ON) numerous nieces, nephews and friends. Funeral services will be held on Friday, December 6 at 10:30 a.m. in the First Mennonite Church, Notre Dame and Arlington, with Rev. Hermann Dueck officiating. Interment in Brookside Cemetery. Viewing will be at the church prior to the service. Flowers are gratefully declined. Donations in his memory may be made to Concordia Place Care Centre or CancerCare Manitoba. Our thanks to the staff at Concordia Place Care Centre for the loving care he received. Rest in peace dear Father, Grandfather, Great-Grandfather and Brother-in-Law.
