CLARA ANNE HAY September 26, 1922 - December 4, 2002 Peacefully, on Wed-nesday, December 4, 2002, Mom passed away at the Riverview Health Centre with her family at her side. She leaves to mourn her passing and to cherish her memory her sons, Fred (Hilda), and Dennis (Donna) grandchildren, Kirk (Cheryl), Kevin (Maggie), Steven (Lora), Kimberly Booth, Lisa (Dan) Cheyne; great-grandchildren, Katrina, Katelyn, Kailer, Owen, Tanner, Morgan, Bryce and Rebecca. Clara is also survived by her sisters, Edith Reynolds, Joan (Melvin) Calvert, Marjorie Calvert; as well as numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and good friends. Clara was predeceased by her husband, Duncan and three sisters, Kay, Doris and Jean. Mom will be remembered for her zest for life, her sense of humour and laughter. She enjoyed the community of her church and remained active in it to the end. Friends and family were her greatest joy and she will be sadly missed by everyone. In lieu of flowers, donations to Riverview Health Centre Palliative Care, 1 Morley Ave., Winnipeg, MB R3L 9Z9 or to CancerCare Manitoba, ON109 - 675 McDermot Ave., Winnipeg, MB R3E 0V9 as tokens of remembrance. Cremation has taken place and a memorial service will be held Saturday, December 7, 2002 at 11:30 a.m. at Kirkfield Park United Church, 472 Kirkfield St. A reception to follow at the church hall.
