ELSIE (OLGA) KIBSEY Peacefully, on December 3, 2002, Elsie passed away at the Villa Youville in St. Anne, MB. Elsie was born on March 4, 1926 in Nakina, ON. She grew up in Inwood, MB. She was predeceased by her parents, Stephen and Annie Kibsey, three sisters and four brothers. Elsie is survived by her brother Paul (Caroline) in Brooks, AB; and one sister Dorothy Addison in Meaford, ON; as well as a niece, nephew and cousins in Winnipeg. She also leaves numerous relatives throughout Canada. Funeral Service will be held on Friday, December 6 at 1:00 p.m. with visitation one half hour prior to service at Cropo Funeral Chapel, 1442 Main St. with Rev. Fr. Pierre Wood, O.F.M. Cap. officiating. Interment will follow in Holy Ghost Cemetery. I would like to thank Mrs. Cecile Larocque of St. Anne for providing a loving home for Elsie for many years.
