Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryJAMES "CLAYTON" STANGER Peacefully on Monday, December 2, 2002, James Clayton Stanger passed away at the age of 75 years, in the Swan River Valley Hospital, Swan River, MB. Clayton was born July 8, 1927 in Portage la Prairie, MB to James and Elsie Stanger. He married Jean Arneson on August 9, 1952 in High Bluff, MB. They spent their first year together in Brandon, MB, moving to Swan River the following spring, where he worked as the Land Representative for the Department of Mines and Resources and the Department to Agriculture. Clayton leaves to mourn his two daughters, Noreen (Jim) Webster of Swan River and Lori (Brian) Contant of Winnipeg and five grandchildren, Janene, Darren and Shauna Webster of Swan River and Aaron and Jayme Contant of Winnipeg. Funeral service will be held from St. Andrews United Church on Friday, December 6 at 2:00 p.m. with Rev. Murray Wenstob officiating. Interment to follow in the Birchwood Cemetery. If friends desire, memorial donations may be made to the St. Andrews United Church Memorial Fund, P.O. Box 39, Swan River, MB, R0L 1Z0.
