AIME VANDEL Peacefully at the Boundary Trails Health Centre in Winkler, MB, Aime Vandel of Rathwell, MB, passed away on Friday, December 6, 2002 at the age of 91 years. He was predeceased by his wife Edith (nee Scammell) his parents, Felix and Josephine (nee Begou) his brothers, Andre and Lucien; and his brothers-in-law, Joseph Bosc, George Duce, Mike Goulet, Albert Gautron, Bill Rhymer and Robert Scammell. He leaves to mourn his passing his sisters, Lea Bosc, Marie-Louise Gautron, Irene Goulet and Blanche Duce. He also leaves to mourn his sisters-in-law, Marcelle Moniot, Mae Rhymer and Ruby Scammell; a special friend Cathy Allan as well as several nieces, nephews, relatives and friends. As requested by Aime, cremation has taken place. Funeral services will be held in the Rathwell Memorial Hall on Thursday, December 12 at 2:00 p.m. with Rev. Warren Marsh officiating. Interment to follow in the Woodlands Cemetery. As an expression of sympathy, memorial donations may be made to a charity of choice. Adams Funeral Home of Notre Dame, Manitoba in care of arrangements.
