She will be lovingly remembered by her daughter Susan Baron (Robert) and sons, Ted (Coney) and Harry (Heather) eight grandchildren, three great-grandchildren, and her sister Alice Pridham of California. Marge was born in Winnipeg in 1908 and spent most of her life here. She was an avid bowler and enthusiastic bridge player for many years and a member of the Fort Garry Chapter No. 17, Order of the Eastern Star for 47 years. She was a devoted wife, mother and grandmother who cherished the times she was able to spend with her children and grandchildren. Mom will always be remembered for her generosity, strength of character and ever present sense of humour which she retained to the very end, much to the delight of her family and staff at Riverview Health Centre where she resided for the past five years. The family would like to express our sincere appreciation to the CD2 staff for the thoughtful and compassionate care and attention which mom received while a resident there. We would also like to express our thanks to the nursing staff of 2 east and 2 west for the outstanding care she received during the past two weeks. A memorial service will be held on Monday, December 16 at 10:00 a.m., in the Riverview Health Centre Chapel, One Morley Ave., Winnipeg.
