MILDRED ISABELLA (BELLA) MITCHELL Peacefully on Monday, December 9, 2002 at Central Park Lodge, 440 Edmonton St., Mildred Isabella (Bella) Mitchell passed away at the age of 69 years. Bella was born at Poplar River on February 14, 1933, spending her earlier years there, later moving to Winnipeg where she resided till the time of her death. She was predeceased by her parents, Nellie and Henry Thomas, Andrew and Sophia Mitchell and companion Alec; brother Russell Mitchell; sister Irene Franklin, and sister-in-law Doreen Mitchell. She leaves to cherish her beautiful memory one daughter Patricia Mitchell; two sisters, Lydia and Kathy; one brother Leonard Mitchell; two grandchildren, Monica and Joey. There are numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. Prayers and wake services will be held on Wednesday, December 11 and Thursday, December 12, both evenings at 7:00 p.m. until 12 midnight at the Aboriginal Funeral Chapel, 724 Selkirk Ave. at Parr. Funeral service will be held on Friday, December 13 at 11:00 a.m. also at the Chapel with Pastor Robert Mitchell officiating. Interment to follow at Brookside Cemetery.
