Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryELIZABETH JEAN ROBINSON (nee HUNTER) Elizabeth Jean Robinson, aged 82 years, passed away peacefully at West Vancouver Care Centre on November 11, 2002. She is survived by her two brothers, John Alexander Hunter, and Dr. James Gordon Hunter, children of the Reverend Doctor Alexander Jardine Hunter and Georgina Ellen (nee Young) of Teulon, MB. Betty, born February 3, 1920, was the wife of Dr. Lesley George Robinson, whom she met through their mutual love and respect for education. Les preceded Betty in death in 1994. Betty was the epitome of everyones favourite grade school teacher, a vocation that spanned more than 30 years. Gentle in spirit and kind of heart, she always wanted the best for her students. Bettys career began with training as an aerial photographer with the RCAF during the Second World War. Her nephew, Donald Gordon (Holly), nieces Ruth Ellen, Janice Carol (Allan) and Christine Jamie will miss her infectious smile and her uncanny ability to keep life in perspective. Thank you, Aunty Betty. We will miss you - as will your many friends and relations in Winnipeg and beyond. A service of remembering will be held in Winnipeg in late spring, 2003.
