LORNA JEAN PHYLLIS INKSTER (nee SNELL) It is with saddened hearts that the family announces the tragic accidental death of Lorna Inkster. Lorna was born on March 7, 1959 in Winnipeg and is predeceased by her father Gilbert Snell in 1977 and mother Mina Snell in 1995. Left to mourn are her beloved soul-mate and husband Terry; his children, Michael, Chrystal and Kyle; and grandsons, Devon and Blake. Lorna is also survived by sisters, Audrey (Tom) Hale of Ladysmith, BC, Judy (Mitts) Ikeda of Victoria, BC, Linda (Brian Curtis) Snell; and brother Gordon (Bonnie) Snell; nephews, Jason, Jeffrey, Craig and Bradley; nieces, Jodine, Donna all of Winnipeg, Barbara of Victoria; as well as many other family and friends. Lorna was a longtime dart player, winning many trophies and was the Manitoba Ladies Singles Champion more than once, competing across Canada and in the U.S.A. Lornas career in the sign making business led her to form Signature Signs which she operated successfully, and often singlehandedly, for many years. She also was a tremendous help-mate to her husband in the inside operation of his business. Because of Lornas great love of all animals, in lieu of flowers, a donation to The Winnipeg Humane Society, 5 Kent St., East Kildonan, MB R2L 1X3 or to a charity of your choice, would be appreciated. Viewing will be at Thomson Funeral Chapel, 669 Broadway at Sherbrook, on Thursday, December 12 from 7:00 to 9:00 p.m. Cremation. A memorial service will be held Saturday, December 14 at 10:00 a.m. at Thomson Funeral Chapel with interment at Chapel Lawn, 4000 Portage Ave., to follow. Lorna was so very loved and will be sorely missed by so many. THOMSON FUNERAL CHAPELS 783-7211
