VIOLET LEZACK Peacefully at Tuxedo Villa Nursing Home, Violet Lezack (nee Silver) passed away on November 28, 2002 at the age of 91. She was predeceased by her parents, Rose and Sam Silver; her loving husband Leo; and her brother Dr. Jack Silver. She leaves to mourn her son Hudson and his wife Arleen; sister Audrey Chechik; sister-in-laws, Eileen Lezack, Shirley Lezack, and Ida Silver; also many nieces and nephews; and an extended family. Many thanks to her care givers, Daphne Davy, Herma Dwyer, and Krystyna Pietryka. Services were held graveside at Shaarey Zedek Memorial Park on December 1. Rabbi Green and Cantor Mass officiated. If so desired, donations can be made in her memory to a charity of ones choice.
