Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryGEORGES P. DUQUETTE With saddened hearts, we announce the sudden passing of our beloved George on December 16, 2002. Left to cherish his memory is his wife of 21 years Diane and their children, Jacqueline and Deni; brothers, Fernand (Juliette), Marcel (Joan) and the Anola Fire Fighters; sisters, Fernande, Rolande, Rita (Eugene), Pierrette, Irene and Therese (Andre) in-laws, Donna Lee, Lorne, Ian (Kim), Brent (Bev) and Ardith (Donald) plus his numerous nieces, nephews, godchildren, friends and neighbours. George was predeceased by his father Ovila Duquette, mother Helene Sharpe, father-in-law Paul Kruchak and mother-in-law Fern (Kruchak) Reid. George was born in Ormstown, QC on October 17, 1957 and grew up in Hemmingford, QC and Renfrew, ON. In 1977, he headed west and in Manitoba he found the love of his life and married Diane Kruchak on September 12, 1981. They have two wonderful children who were his life, his pride and his absolute joy. He had an amiable and generous nature with a ready smile and a quick offer of a helping hand. His diverse interests provided him with a full and meaningful life filled with a medley of friendships. We invite you to join us in the celebration of Georges life on Monday, December 30 at 2:00 p.m. at the Sobering Funeral Chapel, Park Ave. E., Beausejour. Honorary pallbearers are Deni Duquette, Dutch Ivanic, Garth Cook, John Popeil, Warren Kruchak, Allan Hadley, Bill Engelage and Benoit Cuillerier. The family wishes to thank everyone for their comforting words and thoughtfulness. A donation may be made to the Fire Fighters Burn Fund in lieu of flowers.
