Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryMYROSLAW "MAX" HRYCIUK With his family by his side, Max Hryciuk passed away peacefully at his home on Thursday, December 19, 2002 at the age of 86 years. Max leaves to cherish his memory, his wife Arva (nee Willits) of Portage la Prairie; daughters, Donna Rodericks (Robbie) of Winnipeg, Barbara Hryciuk-Moar (Garry) of Portage la Prairie, Patty Hryciuk (Ken) of Portage la Prairie, and Shelley Bates (Don) of Winnipeg; grandchildren, Stephen, Doyle, Andrew, David, and Allery; sister Alyce Budinsky; sister-in-law Gladys Willits and brother-in-law Jack Hooper; nephews, Allan, Don, and David Budinsky, Brian and Sandy Willits, and Bill and David Hooper; and niece Corinne Terin. He was predeceased by his parents, Mary and William Hryciuk; and his sister Sylvia Torbiak. Memorial service will be held on Monday, December 23, 2002 at 1:30 p.m. at McKenzie United Church, 85 - 11th St. NW, Portage la Prairie, with Rev. Margaret Scott officiating. Memorial donations may be made to Oncology Department, Victoria General Hospital, 2340 Pembina Hwy., Fort Garry, Winnipeg, MB R3T 2E8 or to Central Plains Cancer Care Services, 318 Saskatchewan Ave. E., Portage la Prairie, MB R1N 0K8. A tree will be planted and cared for in memory of Max by McKenzies Portage Funeral Chapel who are entrusted with the arrangements. 857-4021.
