FRANKLIN JAMES LAWLESS Passed on December 19, 2002 at the Grace Hospital, Winnipeg at the age of 85 years. Frank was born July 10, 1917 in Toronto, ON and is survived by his loving wife Alma; his only brother Ronald and wife Marion of Montreal; four sons, Howard, Gary (Deed), John (Denise), Bill (Maxine) and three daughters, Margaret (Derek), Cathryn (Ray) and Carolyn (Cliff). Frank was predeceased by his wife of 54 years Winnifred (Win), his mother Kathryn (Kate) and father Charles (Charlie). Frank has 12 grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren and many nieces and nephews who will miss him. Frank worked for Silverwood (Ault) Dairies until his retirement in 1983. He started his career in Toronto and was transferred to Winnipeg in 1953. Frank loved sports and especially his bowling league at Silverwoods. We, as a family all participated in the league bowling with Dad and Mom in our earlier years and enjoyed it very much. He also loved music and enjoyed playing his piano. He liked to travel as he visited his sons and daughters and enjoyed numerous trips to Hawaii and Florida. Cremation has taken place and there will be a memorial service January 9, 2003, at 3:00 p.m. at Chapel Lawn Funeral Home, 4000 Portage Ave. God be with you Dad as you can now rest in peace.
