CLIFFORD EUGENE MANNINGWAY (Walking Turtle Man) (Eagle Clan) October 16, 1988 - December 22, 2002 Accidentally on Dec-ember 22, 2002, our beloved son, brother, grandson, nephew, cousin and friend, Clifford Eugene (Junior) Manningway (Walking Turtle Man) (Eagle Clan) was carried to his heavenly home at the age of 14 years. Clifford (Junior) was born on October 16, 1988 at the Womens Centre in Winnipeg, MB. Clifford leaves to mourn his wonderful parents who Junior thought the world of, Yolanda Manningway and Clifford E. Murdock Jr.; his three brothers who cherished him so much, Tylor, Blake and Robert; his grand-parents, Clifford (Mick) and Emily Murdock of Fisher River, Clifford and Anna Manningway of Peguis, MB; Junior had two very special god-parents who thought the world of him and will always be in their hearts, Bobby Manningway and Irene Laroque; great-grandfather Jim McKay; also numerous aunts, uncles, cousins and friends. Clifford (Junior) attended grade 7 at Peguis First Nation. There were a lot of things Junior enjoyed, especially swimming, hunting, drawing, working on his ski-doo and repairing bikes (you can say he was a little mechanic). He also enjoyed playing with his baby brother Robert, who called him "Eugee", and sitting around with his dad watching C.M.T., which his dad will miss very much. Junior never failed to let his aunties and uncles know that he loved them, with a hug and a kiss. We will all miss that very much. Junior was predeceased by his uncles, Keith, Clifford and Blaine Manningway of Peguis; his uncle and aunt of Fisher River, Arthur Russell and Delores Murdock and infant twins; his great-grandparents, Gertie McKay, Mary Bella and George Kipling and Frances and Blake Murdock; great-aunts, Monica Stevenson, Jean Kipling and Amelia Fidler; great-uncles, Russell, Arthur and Leonard Murdock and Wilfred Ross. The family wishes to express a sincere thank you to the Peguis Chief and Council, the community of Peguis, and all those that showed them support during this difficult time. We will miss you very much. You will live in our hearts forever. Wake services will be held on Friday, December 27 at 8:00 p.m. and Saturday, December 28 at 8:00 p.m. at the residence of Clifford and Yolanda, Peguis, and Sunday, December 29 at 8:00 at the Peguis Community Hall, Peguis. The funeral service will be held on Monday, December 30 at 2:00 p.m., with viewing from 1:00 to 2:00 p.m. at the Peguis Community Hall, Peguis, with Rev. Wesley Barrett and Rev.
