MARGARET ALISON MCVEY (nee CUNNINGHAM) August 15, 1928 - December 23, 2002 It is with great sadness that we announce the death of our mother, Margo McVey, on December 23, 2002 at the Grace General Hospital. Margo is survived by her children and their spouses, Robin and Steve Toni, Jane and Warren Howe, and Ward and Kim McVey; grand-children, Peter, Sarah and David Toni, Karen and Alex Howe, Tamara and Sean McVey; sister Jean Cunningham; brother and sister-in-law Bob and Puddy Cunningham; in-laws, Peggy and Ralph Jones and Alberta McVey. She will be greatly missed by all her nieces, nephews and many loving friends. Margo was predeceased by her husband Ward; parents, Bill and Vi Cunningham; brother Bruce Cunningham; parents-in-law, Ruby and Roy McVey; and brother-in-law Jim McVey. Cremation has taken place. A memorial service will be held on Monday, December 30 at 3:00 p.m. at Thomson Funeral Chapels, 669 Broadway, Winnipeg, with Rev. Michael Wilson officiating. Private interment will take place at York Cemetery in Toronto at a later date. Flowers are gratefully declined. If so desired, donations may be made to CancerCare Manitoba (109 - 675 McDermot Ave., Winnipeg R3E 0V9) or to the Grace Hospice, care of the Grace General Hospital Foundation (300 Booth Drive, Winnipeg, R3J 3M7).
