ONALEE CARROLL NAGLER On December 21, 2002, Onalee quietly left us to join her loved ones who had predeceased her; husband Paul; daughter Lara; stepdaughter Barbara; parents Terence and Carroll Rudd; and brother Richard Rudd. Onalee was born on September 28, 1938, and lived in Winnipeg most of her life. She graduated with a Bachelor of Interior Design from the University of Manitoba and spent most of her working life with the Province of Manitoba. She was a unique and creative individual, who lovingly shared her talents with all who touched her life. Onalee was not only a wonderful wife and mother, but also a devoted friend. She was a thoughtful person who would quietly assess a situation and then provide comfort and support that went far beyond the common perception of friendship. She did everything with incredible grace and was an inspiration to all those who were blessed to have known and loved her. Onalee will be lovingly remembered by her nieces, Leigh Gray (Don) and Cathy Cyr (Tom) great-nieces, Kaitlin and Megan Cyr and Breena Gray; her sister-in-law Dorothy Rudd; Pauls family in Germany; her dear friend Georgina; and many other special friends. As requested by Onalee, a private service of remembrance is being held and interment will take place at a later date. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Laras Legacy (Private Funding at the University of Manitoba) or Barbaras Bursary (Development Red River College) or to a charity of choice.
