Sunday, Aug. 26, 2012 at Prairie Village near Madison, SD, I was tending the GROSS STORE, when a man entered and made a nice comment about the store. I asked him where he was from and he said Winnipeg, Canada. I asked if he knew my friend Les Millington. The man stepped outside the store nearly in shock, as Les was his longtime friend in the Holstein World in Canada. We had a long visit about Rockwood Rocket Tone and many other people and Holsteins that made the Breed Great, cared for by Great People the likes of our mutual friend, LES MILLINGTON. It made my day, John C. Gross, Madison, SD - Posted by: John C Gross (Holstein friend from the 50's and 60's.) on: Aug 28, 2012
