CYRIL HOWARD (CY) FITZGIBBON Cyril Howard (Cy) Fitzgibbon passed away peacefully in the Cowichan District Hospital on Christmas Day 2002. He was born in Winnipeg, MB, on March 30, 1919. He is survived by his loving wife of 40 years, Gwen; two sons, Keith (Melrene) of Maple Bay, Gary (Rebecca) of Port Moody; daughter Cindy (Russ) of Red Deer, AB; four grandsons, Philip, Matthew, Patrick and Mitchell. Cy was a veteran of the Second World War, serving as Captain with Queens Own Camron Highlanders - there he met his wife in London, England. Cy was a longtime employee of Eatons until his retirement to Chemainus, BC, in 1974. Cremation, no service by request.
