ANNE MEZEBROCKI March 25, 1910 - December 31, 2002 Suddenly on December 31, 2002 at the Ste. Anne Hospital, Anne "Annie" Mezebrocki passed away at the age of 92. Anne was born and raised in Trentham, MB, a daughter of the late John and Barbara Naherniak. Anne married Louis Mezebrocki on November 1, 1931. Together they bought a farm in Giroux, MB, where they raised their family. She was an avid gardener who took great pride in her vegetables and flower beds. Anne was predeceased by her husband Louis; her daughter Mary Anne; her brothers, Alex, Bill, George and Peter; sisters, Mary and Julia. She is lovingly survived by her son Alfred of Giroux; her daughter Patricia Bodnarek of Winnipeg; grandchildren, Garry Bodnarek of Portage la Prairie and Valerie Bodnarek of Winnipeg. Numerous nieces and nephews also cherish her memory. Prayers will be offered on Friday, January 3, 2003 at 7:30 p.m. at Green Acres Funeral Chapel, Hwy. No. 1 East at Navin Road. Funeral services will take place on Saturday, January 4 at 10:30 a.m. in Green Acres Funeral Chapel. Rev. Deacon Leon Twerdun will preside. Interment will follow in Green Acres Memorial Gardens. The family would like to extend their heartfelt appreciation to the nurses and doctors at the Ste. Anne Hospital. Also, a special thank you to paramedic Joanne.
