OLIVER DOUGLAS SCOTT Oliver Douglas Scott passed away on Friday, December 27, 2002 at the Health Sciences Centre at the age of 33 years. Oliver was born in Winnipeg, MB on August 9, 1969. Oliver was predeceased by his wife Norma Jean in 1997. Oliver leaves to mourn his passing his children, Oliver Jr. of Jackhead, Mary and Brenda and Natasha of Winnipeg. Beloved mother Mary (Phillip) Hayes of Winnipeg; his father Patrick (Mary Ann) Scott of Grand Rapids; brothers, Patrick (Orlena) of Fairford, Anthony (Belinda) of Winnipeg, John (Geraldine) of Morley, AB; numerous nephews and nieces; grandparents, Archie and Gladys Scott of Grand Rapids and Irene Pranteau of Winnipeg; father-in-law Arthur Felix of Winnipeg. Oliver had two favourite nephews, Bradley and Daniel. Oliver had stepbrothers and stepsisters as well as aunties and uncles both in Grand Rapids and Winnipeg and friends whom he knew. Wake service will be held on Thursday, January 2, 2003 at 7:00 p.m. at the Aboriginal Funeral Chapel, 724 Selkirk Ave. at Parr. Funeral service will be held on Friday, January 3 at 11:00 a.m. also at the chapel, Pastor Ray Cornish officiating.
