Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryDONNA MAY DUNCAN December 18, 1925- December 31, 2002 On December 31, 2002 at Seven Oaks Hospital, Donna lost her courageous battle with Multiple Sclerosis at the age of 77 and embarked on her final journey. She is and always will be lovingly remembered by her sister and best friend Betty Brazil of Vancouver; brother Walter Brazil (Pinky) sons, Bruce (Jo), Grant (Barb) daughters, Karen (Ted), Colleen (Roy) grandchildren, Kim, Allan, Jason, Kelly, Jesse, Kate, Dixie-May, Stephanie, Kaitlyn, Justin, Jonathon, great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews and many other relatives and friends. Donna was predeceased by her husband and loving father of her children, Orville Duncan, mother Katherine Brazil and brother Clarence Brazil. Donna was a Winnipeg girl from the beginning where she was educated and married and began raising her family with her husband Orville. After his untimely death in 1967, Donna continued raising the children with love and her celebrated spirit, along with her beloved mother Katherine (Kate). She loved to dance and was an accomplished bowler, but mostly enjoyed her family and many friends. Her house was always full as Donna welcomed anyone who may have needed a listening ear or helping hand. For their compassion and caring, the family would like to thank "The Angels" of U3-5th Floor at Seven Oaks Hospital, the Eatons family, the Maples Personal Care Home, her home care and especially Grace, and Ruth and Steve Stoyka. A celebration of Donnas life will be held on Monday, January 6, 2003 at 10:00 a.m. in the chapel of Glen Eden Funeral Home, 4477 Main St., with Chaplain Mark Young officiating. A gathering of family and friends will follow in the Glen Eden Reception Centre. Memorials may be made and are gratefully accepted at the Multiple Sclerosis Society, 4th Floor - 141 Bannatyne Ave., Winnipeg, MB R3B 0R3.
