MARJORIE McGUIRE (nee INGS) 1922 - 2003 Suddenly on January 1, 2003 Marjorie left us to be with her beloved husband Lawrence. Left to remember her life are her children, daughter Karen; sons, Bill, Frank and Ken; 12 grandchildren and four great-grandchildren. Mom was born in Sydney, NS in 1922. She enlisted in the RCAF Womens Division, represented her country overseas and wore her medals proudly. Marjorie always looked forward to the RCAFWD luncheons and reunions. Grandma will always be remembered for her great sense of humour, love for family, life, her country and her faith in God. Although Marjorie resided at Donwood Place for only a short time, she touched the hearts of many and will long be remembered. Sincere thanks to the Winnipeg Fire and Emergency Response Team, doctors and staff at Concordia Hospital for their valiant efforts and compassion during this time. Memorial service will be held on Monday, January 6 at 10:00 a.m. at Klassen Funeral Chapel, 1897 Henderson Hwy., with ash interment to follow at Brookside Cemetery. "AS FAR FAR AWAY OVER THE MOON AND THE SEA BUT WHEREVER YOURE GOING NO MATTER HOW FAR BUT NOBODY KNOWS IT BUT ME." Arrangements entrusted to Klassen Funeral Chapel, 338-0331.
