Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryOLIVE NEVILL 1901-2002 Peacefully, at the Golden West Centennial Lodge, Olive Nevill (nee Jackson) passed away at the age of 101 years, on December 30, 2002. Olive is survived by two sons, Allan and his wife Helen of Toronto, and Donald and his wife Joan of Regina; seven grandchildren; sixteen great-grandchildren; and one sister Ivy of Bethany, ON. She was predeceased by her husband Wilfred; her mother Martha and her father Alfred; brothers Charles, Victor and Norman; and sisters, Myrtle, Daisy, Violet, Fern, and Hazel. Olive was born near Winnipeg on February 11, 1901. Prior to her marriage in 1926 she worked as a schoolteacher. During Wilfreds career in the Royal Bank, the family lived in Winnipeg, Glenboro, and Birtle. Olive kept busy raising her family and taking part in community activities, such as Cub Leader, and Red Cross and Anglican Womens Auxiliary. Following Wilfreds retirement in 1957, they moved to Winnipeg where they lived until their deaths. During retirement they played bridge, travelled to visit their children and others, and for a number of years they spent the winter months in Victoria. At her request cremation has taken place. Flowers are gratefully declined. A private memorial service will be held at a later date. Arrangements entrusted to: CHAPEL LAWN FUNERAL HOME CEMETERY AND CREMATORIUM 885-9715
