EMILE ALBERT PELOQUIN 1915 - 2002 On Sunday, December 29, 2002 at the St. Boniface Hospital, our beloved father, grandfather, great grandfather, Emile Peloquin, aged 87, passed away after a long and valiant struggle with vascular disease. Emile was predeceased by Alice, his beloved wife of 50 years, in April 1993, and by his son Edward in 1950. He will be lovingly remembered by his daughter Dianna (David) Martin of Minneapolis, grandchildren, Michelle Stamman (Brad), Jason (Kim) Martin and Brent Martin; great-grandchildren, Jordan, Jack and Brennan Stamman, Elliana Martin, and Alexander Martin, all of Minneapolis. Emile also leaves to mourn his brother Paul (Cyprienne) Peloquin, Vancouver, sisters, Alice Shadd and Marcelle Daulby, also of Vancouver, Jenette (Armand) Nolette, Edmonton, and Laura Niemi, Thunder Bay; as well as many nieces and nephews. A memorial service will be held on Tuesday, January 7 at 12:30 p.m. at Chapel Lawn Funeral Home, 4000 Portage Ave. In accordance with Emiles wishes, cremation has taken place. In lieu of flowers, if friends so desire, donations may be made in his memory to the Heart and Stroke Foundation of Manitoba, 200-6 Donald St., Winnipeg, MB R3L OK6, or to the charity of your choice.
