AGANETHA (AGNES) PENNER Agnes Penner, aged 93 years of Eigenhof, northwest of Gretna, MB passed away at her residence on January 3, 2003. Agnes will be lovingly remembered by her daughter-in-law Florence Buhr and her family, also by her sisters, Florence Buhr, Doris Kleim, Terri Herndon, Agatha Tappner (Nickel) and their families. She was predeceased by her first husband Ed Buhr, her second husband Ed Penner, son Lawrence Buhr, grandson Mark, great-grandsons, Timothy Edward and Curtis Roy. The funeral service will be held on Tuesday, January 7 at 11:00 a.m. from the Bergthaler Mennonite Church in Gretna with interment of cremated remains to follow at a later date. In memory of Agnes Penner, if friends so desire, donations may be made to the Altona Hospital Palliative Care or to C.A.R.E. INC. Altona.
