Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryJAMES W. F. ROSS Jim Ross died, peacefully, in Ottawa on January 2, 2003, with his wife at his side. He was the loving husband of Lorraine and dear brother of Donald (Winnipeg). A graduate of the University of Manitoba in Agriculture, he worked for many years in the Department of Foreign Affairs in Ottawa. Burial at a later date.
