Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryLILIAN RUTH BUGGEY Lilian Ruth Buggey died in Winnipeg on Sunday, January 5, 2003. Ruth was born in Rivers, MB July 30, 1913. She took her B.A. at United College, 1933, Bachelor of Library Science at McGill University, 1934, Master of Library Science at the University of Michigan, 1964. She had an interesting career in a variety of libraries, retiring in 1975. At her request, no service will be held. Sunset and evening star, And one clear call for me! And may there be no moaning of the bar, When I put out to sea, But such a tide as moving seems asleep, Too full for sound and foam, When that which drew from out the boundless deep Turns again home. ...
