Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryKELVIN EDGAR MILLEN 1915 - 2003 It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Kelvin Edgar Millen on January 6, 2003 at the Health Sciences Centre in Winnipeg. He was born on June 30, 1915 in Westville, Nova Scotia, the son of the late Thompson and Annie Millen. He is survived by his wife, Blanche, Winnipeg; a son, John (Josephine) Millen, Winnipeg; a daughter, Julie Millen (Manasie Oingonn), Rankin Inlet; grandchildren, Alia, Kelvin, Faye and Tessa Millen and Laura Oingonn. He is survived by one brother, Lloyd, New Glasgow, Nova Scotia. He was predeceased by two brothers, Earl, Raymond and a sister Elda. Kelvin served with the Pictou Highlanders from 1939 to 1946. He was employed at Fairey Aviation, and later at Shearwater. Our family would like to thank all of the staff of GA4 at the Health Sciences Centre for their care and kindness shown to Kelvin and our family.
