DOROTHY E. HAMMELL (JOHANNSON, SIMPSON) (nee AVERY) Dorothy Ethel (Avery) Hammell passed away on December 15, 2002, at the Victoria Hospital. Dorothy was predeceased by her husbands Leslie Myron Simpson in 1963, Grettir Leo Johannson in 1985 and Arthur Montague (Monty) Hammell in 1994. She will be fondly remembered by her nieces, Barbara Bradshaw and Lois Mills of Winnipeg, Lorraine (Johannson) Davis of Montreal, their families and her many friends. We wish to thank Pearl from home care for her support and companionship given over the past year, also the kind staff of the emergency department at the Victoria Hospital. We will celebrate Dorothys long and joyful life with a memorial service, Saturday, January 11, 2003, at 1:00 p.m. at Neil Bardal Inc., 984 Portage Ave. (entrance on Aubrey Street).
