DORIS SARAH HARRIET HORN Peacefully, on Monday, January 6, 2003, Doris "Do" Horn passed away at the Grace General Hospital. She leaves to cherish her memory her loving sister Betty; cousins, Robert (Bette) and Donald (Nellie) Mackay, Lucy Lindall, Violet Robinson; and close friends, Richard and Joni Orr. She was predeceased by her mother Lucy Maria and her father Robert James. Doris was employed by Eatons for nearly 40 years. She was a very creative person who enjoyed doing needlepoint, painting and especially loved making stuffed animals for the Red Cross. Anyone who knew Doris knew how much she loved her horses. She always had that "million dollar smile" that touched the lives of everyone she met. She will be especially missed by her sister Betty and her many friends. As a special note, Betty would like to thank her very close friends, Richard and Joni Orr, who have done so much for Doris over the years and were always there for her. Also, a very special thank you to all the staff at Heritage Lodge for all their care and help. In keeping with Doris and her familys wishes, no formal funeral service will be held. Please, in keeping with the familys wishes, no flowers. If friends so desire, donations may be made in Doris memory to a charity of ones choice.
