ODILE BERNARD (nee MULLER) Peacefully at the St. Claude Hospital on Saturday, January 11, 2003, Mrs. Odile Bernard of St. Claude, MB passed away at the age of 87 years. She leaves to mourn her passing eight children, Jeanne Rouire (Albert) of St. Claude, Gertrude Lambert (Henri) of St. Claude, Suzanne Hargin of Coquitlam, BC, Monique Lambert (Wayne) of Winnipeg, Gilles Bernard (Marie Sanderson) of Treherne, Denis Bernard of St. Claude, Lucille Vandel (Greg Smith) of Winnipeg and Gisele Ricard (Jacques) of Grinrod, BC. She also leaves to mourn 17 grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren. She was predeceased by her husband Eugene in 1988 and great-granddaughter Chelsea Lambert in 1998. She was also predeceased by her parents, Victor and Melanie Muller (nee Charriere). Prayers will be held at Adams Funeral Home on Tuesday, January 14 at 7:30 p.m. Funeral Mass will be celebrated in the St. Claude Roman Catholic Church on Wednesday January 15 at 2:00 p.m. with Fr. Rodrigue Bouchard officiating. Interment to follow in the parish cemetery. As an expression of sympathy, memorial donations may be made to Mother Theresa, 356 Pritchard Ave., Winnipeg, MB R2W 2J6.
