IRENE MARGUERITE HARDY Peacefully on Wednesday, January 15, 2003 at the Carman Memorial Hospital, Irene Hardy, beloved wife of the late Cecil Hardy passed away at the age of 88 years. She is survived by one son Barry (Lois) two daughters, Linda (Jim Owen) and Kathy Brad; two daughters-in-law, Myrna and Lynda; 14 grandchildren and 15 great-grandchildren. Irene is also survived two sisters, Myrle McGregor and Shirley Thompson (Jim) one brother Gordon Rutter (Isabel) sister-in-law Joyce Rutter; and other relatives and friends. She was predeceased by two sons, Dennis and Leslie; sister Bessie; and brother Elmer. Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, January 21 at 2:00 p.m. at the Carman United Church with Rev. Harold Kenyon officiating with interment in the Greenwood Cemetery at Carman. If friends desire, donations may be made to the Arthritis Society, 386 Broadway Ave., Winnipeg, R3C 3R6 or the Heart and Stroke Foundation, 301-352 Donald St., Winnipeg R3B 2H8.
