JOHN FRANCIS CHRISTOPHER (CHRIS) SMART It is with great sadness that we announce the sudden passing of Christopher Smart on Thursday, January 16, 2003. Christopher will be remembered as a friendly boy, who always had a large circle of friends and a great love for Ford Mustangs. From early days, he was good in any sport he chose to try, whether it be hockey, soccer, tennis, skateboarding or snowboarding, to name but a few. Had he wished to persevere with any of them, we know he would have succeeded. Christopher enjoyed his many visits to Granny and Grandy in Scotland, as well to Grandma and Grandpa in Florida. He is survived by his parents Sandy and Cathy; brother Andrew; as well as Grandmother, Betty, Uncle Michael (Sascha), Uncle John (Betsy), cousins, Thomas, Mary, Gregory and Olivia; and dog Roxburghe. A memorial service will be held on Wednesday, January 22 at 2:00 p.m. at the St. Andrews River Heights United Church, 255 Oak St. with Rev. Sharon Wilson officiating.
